Kaiyang Ma is a dual-qualified attorney licensed to practice in New York State and Mainland China. He specializes in the resolution of cross-border commercial disputes, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Mr. Ma brings extensive advocacy experience before premier international tribunals, including the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). His expertise also encompasses the evolving fields of Data Compliance and Cybersecurity, where he has obtained the Data Exchange Compliance Officer (DEXCO) certification from the Shenzhen Data Exchange.
