Xinyi Zhang
Xinyi Zhang is a New York–licensed immigration attorney and the founder of XYZ LAW PLLC. Her business immigration practice focuses on nonimmigrant visa petitions and employment-based immigrant petitions, including O-1 extraordinary ability petitions, H-1B specialty occupation petitions, L-1 intracompany transfer petitions, EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. Xinyi serves as Of Counsel to Summit Law PLLC, working alongside the firm's attorneys to support its technology clients, founders, and cross-border families on U.S. immigration matters. Her practice complements the firm's cross-border work, so clients moving people as well as capital between China and the United States are served by one team. Xinyi advises entrepreneurs, artists, executives, researchers, professionals, and companies across the arts, entertainment, media, technology, and business sectors.
